Your conversations stay yours.

Sparker is made by Dan Ducat. This policy explains what the app does with information about you. The short version: it doesn't collect any.
What we collect
Nothing. Sparker has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The app never asks you to type or record your answers; conversations happen out loud, between the people at the table.
What stays on your device
- Your settings: appearance, haptics and each pack's switches.
- Your favorites and hidden questions.
- Where you are in each pack's shuffle, so questions don't repeat too soon.
This information is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app, or using Erase all data in Settings, removes it.
Purchases
Purchases are made through the App Store and handled entirely by Apple, under Apple's privacy policy. We never see your payment details or your Apple Account. The app only learns which packs you've unlocked, so it can open them.
Children
The Kids pack is meant to be played by a grown-up with a child. The app collects no information from anyone, including children.
